Snowblower/Small Engine Mechanic

We are looking for individuals with strong mechanical skills that can be applied to the service and repair of small engine power equipment (ex. snowblowers, chainsaws, lawnmowers etc.) with training from our professional staff. Paid training is provided for qualified candidates. Although previous experience working on this type of equipment is preferred, we are willing to invest time, money & resources into training someone who is passionate about learning a trade which is in high demand. There is an opportunity to become a service manager with experience.


The ideal candidate is motivated and trainable. Must be responsible, punctual and able to communicate clearly with staff and customers in a professional manner. Individuals with be responsible for performing routine service and assembly on quality power equipment from brands like Honda, Stihl, Toro & Ariens. This includes diagnosing problems, rebuilding carburetors, tuning engines, using power tools to assemble equipment and more. Candidates must have the ability to lift, push, pull, and move equipment in excess of 50 pounds.

-  Full Time:  40 Hours per week at hourly wage, plus 1.5x Overtime Pay for hours over 40
-  Hourly wage varies depending on work experience and ability  $17-$22/hour

Snowblower Delivery Person

Ideal candidates will be punctual and reliable.  They will pick up and deliver snowblowers to residential and commercial customers using company provided vehicle.  Delivery person must have the following qualifications:


- Must be strong enough to move, operate, load and unload a large/heavy 2-stage snowblower
- Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License with a good driving history
- Detail oriented and able follow instructions with regard to paperwork
- Ability to clearly communicate with customers and provide a quick operating demonstration to customers upon delivery

- Minimum 25-30 hours per week, including most Saturdays
- Hourly wage $18.
